The Happy Uncle is a family owned and run business that has been serving Germantown, Maryland patrons since December of 1995. Founded by Chu and Mei Ku after their successful ownership of House of Chinese Chicken in Rockville, the Happy Uncle is operated by Mr. and Mrs. Ku, and their sons and daughters.
